SEMICON Singapore 2012 Special Events
SEMI and SSIA are co-organizing a YouTube Video Competition, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board, to seek students' insights pertaining to the importance electronics and semiconductors in creating the future. This learning journey will also increase student awareness about the electronics and semiconductor industry in Singapore, and inspire students towards careers in Engineering.
- Theme: The Impact of Electronics Innovations on Future Lifestyle, Quality of Life and Development.
- Target students: Junior college students, Polytechnics and University undergrads
- Prizes: Cash prizes, ranging from S$2,000 to S$8,000 per team
- Launch Date: February 2012.
