Exhibitor Education Workshop
Mark your calendar for 22 February! We have arranged for a half day exhibitor education workshop to learn how to maximize your trade show dollars as well as meet with the official contractors, Pico (booth, electrical, compressed air etc) and Agility (Freight Forwarder). More details will be on the way.
Visitor Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM)
To promote SEMICON Singapore 2008, SEMI has plans to send electronic direct mailer to a database of 30,000+ and the timeline is as follows:

Final Payment for Booth Space Due
The final booth space payment was due 18 January 2008. Invoices were mailed out in December indicating that 50% of the total booth fee is due to all exhibitors. If you have not yet received your invoice please contact Mary Durkton (mdurkton@semi.org / 1.408.943.6927) or Geraldine Tan (gtan@semi.org / +65.6339.6361) to request a copy. Checks or wire transfers are accepted as a form of payment; please see the details included on the invoice. Late payments could affect your booth location, so please be sure to send in your company’s payment.

Change of Cleaning Contractor’s Name
Seth Exhibition Cleaning Services has entered a new chapter in its business relationships. They have joined forces with Legend Security and formed a new company “Legend & Seth Cleaning Services Pte Ltd”. If cleaning services are required for your booth, please note the following:
1. Cheque payable to “Legend & Seth Cleaning Services Pte Ltd”
2. Address: 112 Lavender Street #02-01 Far East Refrigeration Building. Singapore 338728.
Housing
We have appointed a few official hotels. Please submit the registration form to the respective hotels by March 2008. The forms can be found in the exhibitor service manual. Please visit the website for all the forms in February.
Event directory listing
The event directory listing will be self-entered by exhibitors. It will open from 12 February to 14 March. Please look out for the upcoming email for more information. A separate email will be sent regarding UserGuide, Username & password.
Fire curtain
Booths that are directly below the fire curtain have a height limit of 3m. Please contact SEMI’s office for more information.
Exhibitor Service Manual
A copy has been sent to all exhibitors in early December. If you did not receive a copy, please contact SEMI immediately.
Pre-Registration Information
The information will be sent to you in mid February to invite your customers to your booth.
Double Tax Deduction
There will be a double tax deduction incentive for all Singapore exhibitors at SEMICON Singapore 2008. For more information on this incentive, please go to the website: http://app.stb.com.sg/asp/ina/ina03.asp
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration will start in early March. The user ID and password will be sent to you in February.
Visitor On-Line Registration
It will be open to visitors for on-line registration on 15 February 2008.
